Project Hopping 2011
Project Hopping gaat links rijden!
De koers is bepaald. We’re heading West! Project Hopping 2011 steekt over naar Engeland. Met 3 busjes sterk, zo’n 27 studenten zullen we van 4 tot en met 8 mei hoppend een afstand van 2000 kilometer afleggen.
We steken op de heenreis over van Hoek van Holland naar Hull en rijden vanaf daar kriskras door Engeland. De oversteek vanuit Dover brengt ons in Calais, waarna we Franse en Belgische bodem verkennen alvorens we terugkeren in Eindhoven.
Hoppend zullen wij een bezoek brengen aan vele architectonische hoogstandjes van onder andere Daniel Libeskind, David Chipperfield, Norman Foster, Tadao Ando en Zaha Hadid en vullen dit lijstje aan met bureaupresentaties en kleinere projecten.

The course is set. We’re heading West! Project Hopping 2011 will cross the north sea to England. 3 Vans with 27 students will hop 2000 kilometer from the 4th till the 8th of May.
We’ll travel from Hoek van Holland to Hull and we’ll drive criss-cross through England. From Dover we’ll cross over to Calais, where we’ll explore the world of French and Belgian Architecture before we will return to Eindhoven.
Hopping around, we will visit a lot of architectural highlights of famous architects like Daniel Libeskind, David Chipperfield, Norman Foster, Tadao Ando and Zaha Hadid and we will visit architectural offices and some smaller projects.
